Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage, a synthesis of Yoga, Ayurveda and Meditation, is one of the oldest methods of healing. This massage technique was developed more than 2500 years ago by the Indian doctor Jivakumar Bhaccha, who believed that there are no diseases, there are only energy blockages that lead to diseases.

 
During the massage, acupressure and stretching are used along specific energy pathways in order to release blockages, elaborate energy lines and encourage the flow of vital energy. This results in improved muscle tone, flexibility and helps to further mobilise the joints.
 
Yoga Massage promotes the detoxification of the body, improves blood circulation, stimulates the metabolism and boosts the immune system, while simultaneously relieving  muscular tension and harmonising the energy flow of the body.
